Is Church Journey a full church management system?
No. Church Journey is focused on pastoral follow-up: people, tasks, tracks, touchpoints, milestones, forms, and care. It can sit alongside Planning Center, Tithely, or your existing church database.
Is the Founding Church package smaller than Standard?
No. Founding Church and Standard Church include the same Standard Essentials package. Founding Churches simply receive the early-launch price for joining while Church Journey is still growing.
What happens after checkout?
Stripe handles secure checkout. After payment succeeds, Church Journey creates your church account and sends the administrator an onboarding and password setup email.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. If you cancel, the founding rate only continues while the subscription remains active.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Church Journey includes basic CSV exports, including people, households, and a Planning Center-friendly people export.
Can I import people from a spreadsheet or another system?
Self-serve importing is not presented as a finished public feature yet. If you are starting with existing people data, contact us and we can talk through the best early-launch path.
Who is Church Journey best for?
Ordinary churches, church plants, pastors, and ministry teams that need a simple way to know who needs attention and what should happen next.
What is Church Journey not intended for?
It is not accounting software, donor management, texting software, event management, counselling records, emergency response, or a replacement for every church system.

Church Journey uses USD pricing during early launch to keep checkout and support simple.
Are there limits during early launch?
Standard Essentials is intended for ordinary church follow-up use. If you expect unusually large people, user, form, task, or storage needs, contact us first so we can make sure the fit is wise.
Is this per church, per user, or per campus?
Pricing is for one church account with team roles included. If you need separate campuses or separate church accounts, contact us before signing up.
A simple trust note
Churches control their own team access. Administrators should invite appropriate users and remove access when roles change. Church Journey uses role-based access and database security rules, but it is not an emergency response, counselling record, abuse-reporting, child-protection, or safeguarding compliance system. Churches remain responsible for how they enter and use sensitive information.
